Providing a space to be open and work toward unlearning traumatic or unpleasant experiences or situations they may have faced. Providing a platform for adults and children to be open and not judged for freely speaking and releasing suppressed anxiety hurts and untold situations “that were swept under the rug” while allowing them to learn how to love from another place than what they were subjected to.
Healing and understanding while acknowledge and recognize the trauma for what it is. Reclaim control get support and don’t isolate yourself learn the true meaning of acceptance and letting go. Replace bad habits with good ones be patient with yourself honor your progress, no matter how small it may seem. It’s the little victories in your recovery that will eventually help you win the battle of healing your childhood trauma.
